About the job
What you can achieve
- Contact person and co-responsibility for operational service and tariff issues of all clinical and administrative units of the departments
- Conducting training for employees of various professional groups to ensure complete, timely, and tariff-compliant service recording
- Documentation, quality control, and optimization of the entire service and tariff recording process (service portfolio, service audits, service controlling) in the clinics
- Conducting analyses and evaluations of key figures in service recording, developing and implementing improvement proposals, and participating in rejection management
- Supporting the team management in process optimizations in close cooperation with the clinics as well as taking over specific projects independently
What you bring with you
- Degree at FH/University level, medical or nursing training with corresponding further education or comparable training as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in service management in healthcare
- Experience in advising different stakeholders as well as conducting training is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office desired; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Practical experience in using a service recording software (e.g., IBI-care) as well as knowledge of the Swiss tariff structure (TARDOC / outpatient flat rates) desired
- Team-oriented personality with high personal responsibility, assertiveness, as well as a structured, precise working style and strong customer orientation
