Night Shift Team Leader / Registered Nurse, 60-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for organising and leading the night shift team
• You independently plan and control staff deployment including absence management and on-call duty
• Together with your team, you ensure the quality of care at night
• You actively participate in nursing and care and are involved in the entire care process based on the key worker concept including documentation in Easydok according to RAI criteria
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 60 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training / further education as a registered nurse HF / FH or registered nurse HF / FH
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required
• You also bring expertise in long-term care, kinaesthetics, RAI and palliative care
• Good organisational and planning skills as well as professional experience in a leadership role are important for this position
