Your Tasks
The Domicil Wyler location will move in March 2026 to the replacement new building at Wylerringstrasse in Bern. We are looking for you for the new location!
As a committed professional, you take responsibility for the night operation. You competently ensure the care and safety of our residents. During the night shift, you are supported by other colleagues. As a member of the night watch team, you are jointly responsible for complete information flow and are responsible for carrying out the nightly care processes. You maintain the electronic care documentation and hand over seamlessly to the day shift team.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Experience in acute care is an advantage due to the transitional care ward
- Independence and initiative
- Conscientious working method and networked thinking
- Service and customer orientation
- Open and constructive personality
- Teamwork skills
- Respectful interaction as well as understanding and empathy for elderly people
