What is my role?

• You set up the production plants, operate them and bear full responsibility for them

• You keep an eye on the production process and drive it forward in terms of quality and quantity

• You take care of the daily service tasks - no ifs or buts

• You ensure that your work area looks spotless and everything is in its place

• You properly record and document production orders

• You actively contribute when it comes to improving processes

• 4-shift operation, when others work, you have time off

What do I need to be successful?

• You have already started up plants in production - and done it properly

• A technical education in your pocket? Perfect, but not a must

• You understand how machines tick and make them purr

• You work precisely, with high standards and don’t need anyone watching over your shoulder

• You speak German
