About the job
The Wisli Foundation, based in Bülach, has been committed for over 40 years to the social and professional integration of people with mental impairments. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of housing, work, and job integration. The offer consists of various supported and accompanied living arrangements, psychiatric Spitex, sheltered work and employment places, as well as the competence center for job integration We-Care.
We are looking for a new team member for our psychiatric Spitex service in the Bülach region as a maternity leave replacement, limited to 6 months, starting immediately or by arrangement as
Dipl. Psychiatric Nursing Specialist HF as Team Leader Spitex 50% - 80%
Your tasks
- Care of mentally stressed and ill people in their home environment
- Responsibility for the nursing process, case responsibility, and working in an interdisciplinary team
- Exchange and consultation with relatives and/or involved professionals
- Personnel management in cooperation with the department/area management
Your profile
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with a focus on psychiatry
- At least 2 years (at 100%) professional experience in psychiatry (clinic, hospital, outpatient clinic, etc.)
- Certification for needs assessment in psychiatric nursing is an advantage
- Knowledge of the needs instrument «RAI-HC Switzerland» is an advantage
- You have solid PC user skills and a well-structured way of working
- You possess a category B driving license
