- Ensuring a structured workshop reception with the workshop team
- Coordination as a hub between dispatch, drivers, and workshop
- Planning and monitoring of service and repair appointments
- Follow-up on outstanding work and appointments
- Recording and documenting damages, repairs, and maintenance in the system
What do you need to feel comfortable in this position?
- Completed commercial basic training
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Interest in the transport industry
- High willingness to perform and commitment
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
