About the job
Your tasks:
- Organization of the construction site in residential, industrial, commercial, and renovation projects with monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality in general contractor, total contractor, or architectural contract relationships
- Collaboration and coordination of planners and contractors
- On-site construction management with active control of construction work
- Tendering, awarding, and management of construction accounting | Scheduling and monitoring of construction processes
- Construction handover and commissioning
- Support or takeover of project management as needed
Your profile:
- Federal Diploma Construction Manager, HF Structural Technician, or EFZ Architectural Draftsman with construction management experience
- Understanding of plans and cost awareness
- Confidence in dealing with SIA standards, laws, and regulations
- Good IT user skills
- Reliability, sense of duty, resilience, team player
