Job Description
Within the Business Competence Centre, you process preliminary requests and establish rulings relating to self-employed taxpayers and legal entities. In this context, you conduct interviews with taxpayers and/or their representatives. You also collaborate with various sectors of our service and establish guidelines for the entities concerned. Finally, depending on needs, you participate in internal or external working groups. Your activity is characterised notably by the great diversity of issues to be addressed concerning all aspects of business taxation and the opportunity to deepen your knowledge with each new case.
Responsibilities
- Process preliminary requests and independently establish rulings relating to self-employed taxpayers and legal entities.
- Ensure efficient and autonomous handling of preliminary requests.
- Provide technical and legal support in the field of direct taxation as a referent.
- Conduct legal and tax research and analysis to provide opinions.
- Carry out occasional tasks.
Qualifications
- Certified fiduciary agent or HEG diploma or HEC master’s degree or law master’s degree or tax expert diploma or equivalent qualification.
- CSI training - levels 2a and 2b and financial accounting desired or equivalent training.
- Several years of experience in the tax, fiduciary or legal field.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good writing skills.
- Good understanding of German.
- Interpersonal skills, adaptability.
