Co-Head of Practices

For our practice network we are looking for a 1st October 2026 or by arrangement a

Co-Head of Practices (100%)

As Co-Head of Practices, you will take on a central role in the operational and strategic development of our practice network. With your leadership experience, organisational skills and quality awareness, you ensure smooth processes, support our locations in personnel and organisational matters and actively contribute to sustainably ensuring our high quality standards.

• Personnel management of the non-medical staff in the assigned practices in close coordination with the medical site manager
• Project management and control in the practices area
• Responsible for efficient operational processes
• Establishment of new locations taking into account regulatory requirements
• Creation and revision of organisational manuals, work processes, work aids, work instructions, correspondence templates, etc.
• Quality management representative of the entire practice network (ensuring and further developing a uniform quality standard)
• Responsible for compliance & control of budget planning
• Development of foundations for strategic decisions in cooperation with the Operations Director
• Collaboration as LMPA / MPA (in case of personnel shortages) at the various locations

• Basic medical training (MPA or similar) and several years of professional and leadership experience in a medical practice
• Further training as MPK practice management direction or similar further training
• Commercial and/or business management training advantageous
• Very good knowledge of tariff structures in the Swiss healthcare system
• Good knowledge in the field of quality management in healthcare
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• High service orientation and willingness to travel
• Strong social skills and high sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• If possible, very good Axenita knowledge
