Your main tasks:

• Operating, monitoring, and controlling various building technology/electrical systems as well as device inspections 
• Organizing and carrying out maintenance according to maintenance planning as well as repairs
• Coordinating, accompanying, and controlling external and maintenance companies according to checklists and regulations
• Performing and reporting on on-demand work 
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Technical support for conversion, renovation, or relocation projects as well as events
• On-call duty 

Your profile:

• Completed basic technical training as an electrical installer EFZ or electrical assembler EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance in the electrical field including building control systems, troubleshooting, fault clearance, etc.
• Authorization according to NIV 15 or willingness and prerequisites to obtain it
• PC skills and willingness to use internal programs
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
• Precise, reliable, and independent working style
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
