Main tasks
- Ensuring the stable operation and availability of the core applications
- Co-responsibility for application lifecycle, test, change and release management
- Analysis and evaluation of business requirements and their translation into technical concepts
- Parameterisation and configuration of the core systems according to business requirements
- Close collaboration with business units, service teams, business analysis as well as application and infrastructure providers
- Maintenance of the backlog, application-related documentation and active knowledge transfer within the team
Profile
- University degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable education and training
- Several years of experience in application management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises (Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Subscription Edition
- Practical experience with our core technologies .NET/C#, Microsoft SQL Server and Kubernetes is an advantage
- High degree of personal responsibility and hands-on mentality
- Targeted communication with stakeholders, customers and suppliers
- Very good German or French skills (C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language (B2) and English skills (at least B1)
