- Installation and maintenance of clients and peripheral devices
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support for employees

- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 is expected
- Experience with network technology and cloud infrastructures is necessary
- High service orientation and independent working style are essential
- Very good German skills as well as English are expected
