Administrator: Study Administration & Institute Support (70%)

Your tasks:
In this versatile role, you will take on central tasks to support the administrative operations of the institute. These include, among others:
- Managing study documents and supporting admission procedures
- Collaborating in student administration with Evento Office
- Providing administrative support to students, especially in the master's program
- General secretarial tasks including room reservations and event organization
- Organizing travel and accommodation for guest lecturers and forum trips
- Managing creditor and fee processes
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in student administration or comparable fields
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and high service orientation
- Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork in an artistic environment
- Experience with Evento and fee processes
- Willingness to collaborate in a job-sharing model
