• Active participation in electrical assembly work of various electrical components in control and train protection cabinets
• Technical leadership of the EVM with up to 5 employees, as well as reporting to the team leader
• Assembly of control cabinets
• Execution and guidance of various electrical tasks based on cable lists, diagrams and documentation
• Integration of wiring changes
• Cable assembly (manual and automatic cable cutting), pre-assembly of connectors (Harting, Wago, etc.)
• Responsible for interface enquiries, as well as organisation of material flow and adherence to deadlines
• Enthusiasm to develop a team and actively contribute to the service area

• Completed vocational training as an electrician (or comparable training) with appropriate further education
• Initial leadership experience desirable
• Experience in rail vehicle construction and service advantageous
• IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good German and English skills, additional languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel
