Leadership Trainee m/f/d 100%

• You will gain insight into the areas of Technical Service, Marketing, Internal Sales, IT, and regional consulting services
• Additionally, you will expand your knowledge in the production plants as well as at the UFA Bühl research facility
• You will apply the acquired knowledge in independent tasks and take on the first position in our company after a maximum of 12 months. A permanent position as Head of Consulting Service is aimed for after the trainee program

• You have completed agricultural training and education
• You are open and flexible regarding workplace changes within Switzerland
• You have a convincing appearance and a healthy degree of assertiveness
• You have an affinity for sales and consulting activities
• Your mother tongue is German with good spoken French skills
• Minimum age: 23 years

• A structured, one-year training program including a sales course
• Tailored training and further education programs from fenaco competent
