What you can achieve
- You take on the nursing specialist leadership as an APN (Clinical Nurse Specialist) with a workload of 60–80% and complement this role by working as a nursing expert APN in the area of Post-Intensive-Care Syndrome (Nurse Practitioner) with 20%
- As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you lead the specialist development of the intensive care unit together with four other CNS as part of the shared leadership nursing team
- You advise, support, and empower the interprofessional team and promote person-centered practice
- You participate in direct clinical patient care
- As a Nurse Practitioner, you care for patients and their families suffering from Post-Intensive-Care Syndrome (PICS) in a well-established interprofessional consultation
- You contribute your expertise to internal hospital as well as national and international specialist and research groups and are involved in teaching as a lecturer and speaker
What you bring with you
- Completed NDS HF Intensive Care Nursing
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Solid experience and theoretical knowledge in intensive care nursing (at least 2 years of professional experience)
- A proactive and communicative personality who moves independently and confidently in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment and can inspire others for the further development of nursing practice
- Strong consulting, practice development, and leadership skills
- Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English skills (B1)
