SRK Nursing Assistant 50% for Permanent Night Watch
Your Tasks
- You take on nursing tasks in basic care and support the residents with personal hygiene
- You perform household tasks
- You support our residents in their individual daily activities and group activities, thus ensuring their well-being
- You recognize changes and needs of the residents and respond appropriately
- Active participation in nursing reports, team meetings, and internal training
What You Bring
- Training as a nursing assistant or equivalent qualification (SRK Nursing Assistant)
- You enjoy working with elderly people and respect their dignity and self-determination
- You show interest and appreciation in working with our residents, clients, and employees
- You have good German language skills (at least level B1)
- You are curious and want to engage in a varied range of tasks
- You are helpful, reliable, and quickly integrate into an existing team
- The irregular working hours are a welcome change for you
