Job Description

• Independent instrument handling and assistance during procedures in the specialties of orthopedics, hand and general surgery, as well as urology
• Ensuring a smooth interdisciplinary and interprofessional workflow in the operating room
• Compliance with hygiene and asepsis guidelines
• Responsibility for correct surgery-specific documentation (surgical nursing documentation/performance recording)

Qualifications

• Certified nursing specialist HF/FH OR or certified specialist OT HF/FH, preferably with several years of professional experience, preferably in a consulting physician system
• High flexibility, versatile expertise, and the necessary understanding of various surgical techniques, preferably experience with orthopedic surgeries (knee and hip replacement)
• A responsible, service-oriented, and resilient personality with great enthusiasm for their profession
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, basic computer skills
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented manner
