Intern in Process Engineering

To strengthen our position as market leader, we continuously work on optimising our organisation and processes. At the Schaffhausen site, you will support our team in the planning, implementation and follow-up of process improvements. You will actively participate in projects, accompany optimisation projects and gradually take on your own areas of responsibility - from analysis to implementation.

Your main tasks

• Analysis, optimisation and standardisation of production and business processes
• Collaboration on Lean, KVP and digitalisation projects
• Leading and moderating workshops as well as managing smaller optimisation projects
• Development and further development of applications and dashboards with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI
• Analysis of production key figures and creation of KPI evaluations for process improvement
• Support in the introduction, rollout and sustainable management of new processes and digital solutions
• Cross-departmental support of specialist departments in continuous improvement measures and process optimisations

Your profile

• Student in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, business administration or a similar field
• Independent, goal-oriented working style and interest in taking responsibility
• Hands-on mentality
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Ideally practical experience, e.g. through holiday jobs, internships, etc.
• Confident German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Programming skills (Python, Power Automate, VBA)
• Optional: already experience with SAP
