Chrüzmatt is the popular and committed competence center for the elderly in the region. We value that the almost 100 residents, around 150 employees, and our guests feel comfortable with us. We are looking immediately or by arrangement ▪ You take care of the well-being of our residents in the department with heart ▪ In the morning, at noon, and in the evening, you ensure that the service in your department runs smoothly ▪ You are ready to assist in carrying out events in the restaurant (e.g., banquets, special meals, resident celebrations …) ▪ Completed basic or advanced training as a service specialist or many years of professional experience in a comparable position ▪ High sensitivity and empathy towards elderly people characterize you ▪ You communicate flawlessly in German and understand Swiss German ▪ You are open, charming, and guest- and team-oriented ▪ Working with room hours as well as on weekends and public holidays is no problem for you ▪ Look forward to an exciting work environment in a motivated and well-coordinated team ▪ We actively promote the further development of our employees ▪ We maintain an open and collegial corporate culture ▪ Modern working conditions and additional benefits await you ▪ Family, leisure, and work can be well balanced with us Have we aroused your interest?
