IT Inhouse Consultant SAP (OPAL Printingsolutions)
This is you:
- You take over the functional and technical support of the OPAL-based printing and labeling solutions in the SAP environment.
- You ensure the smooth integration and optimization of labeling and printing processes in the areas of production, logistics, and shipping – especially in the SAP modules PP, MM, WM, and SD.
- You design and maintain label layouts, configure printer and system connections, and ensure stable operation.
- You accompany system updates, rollouts, and the upcoming S/4 HANA transformation in the print & labeling environment.
- You advise departments on requirements related to labeling and printing processes, create specifications, and coordinate implementation with internal and external partners.
- You support key users in daily operations and actively participate in international projects for process harmonization.
This is what you bring
- Completed training or studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in supporting SAP-based printing and labeling solutions – ideally with OPAL Label Management.
- Good knowledge of relevant SAP modules (PP, MM, WM, SD) and their interfaces to labeling and printing processes.
- Experience in customizing, printing technologies (e.g., thermal transfer, barcode, RFID), and label layout design.
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills in an international environment.
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
A gross annual salary of at least €50,000 on a full-time basis is provided for this position and will be significantly higher depending on professional experience and qualifications.
