<ul><li>You lead, motivate, and support the stewarding team in daily operations</li><li>You actively participate in daily business and pitch in where support is needed</li><li>You ensure smooth processes in the dishwashing and cleaning area</li><li>Cleanliness, hygiene, and order according to HACCP standards are a matter of course for you</li><li>You plan deployments, coordinate processes, and keep an overview even in hectic situations</li><li>You coordinate the stewarding team at events and ensure that enough staff are scheduled</li><li>You work closely with the kitchen, service, and other departments</li><li>You ensure careful handling of machines, equipment, and cleaning agents</li><li>You are a role model in terms of quality, safety, and team culture</li></ul>
You bring with you
<ul><li>Experience in stewarding or a comparable function</li><li>First leadership experience or the desire to take on responsibility</li><li>Good knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations</li><li>A reliable, structured, and solution-oriented way of working</li><li>Resilience, team spirit, and a high awareness of quality</li><li>Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage</li></ul>
