tasks

• you are responsible for the competent and individual care and support of the residents during the night
• in doing so, you adhere to the institution's guidelines and comply with the care processes
• during the night shift, you prepare the weekly medication
• the care documentation is maintained in BESA
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 50 and 80%

requirements

• you can demonstrate training as a healthcare specialist or care worker (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• experience in long-term care is desirable
• it is important that you really enjoy working the night shift
• are you sociable, approachable and thoughtful?
