As a team assistant for our CCO and his team, you are the central organisational support in daily business. You ensure that appointments, meetings, and administrative processes run smoothly and are an important interface to internal and external contacts.
In this position, you can expect varied and responsible tasks that require organisational talent, flexibility, discretion, and a confident demeanour. You work closely with our CCO and simultaneously support the entire team with various organisational and administrative tasks.

Your tasks
As a team assistant for our CCO and his team, you will take on the following tasks in particular:
- Coordination and management of the CCO’s calendar, including short-term and spontaneous adjustments
- Planning, organising, and follow-up of meetings, including scheduling, invitations, documents, and follow-ups
- Creation and editing of correspondence and documents in German and English
- Creation and preparation of presentations, documents, and other materials
- Central contact person and interface for internal and external contacts
- Support of the CCO in daily administrative and organisational work
- Support of the team in various administrative and organisational activities as well as other tasks arising in daily business
Your profile
- Excellent language skills in German and English (C1)
- 4+ years of experience as an assistant
- Strong organisational skills and a talent for multitasking
- Flexibility, resilience, and a cool head even in stressful moments
- Confident and charming demeanour with a sense of humour
- Confident use of MS Office and modern communication tools
