Your Tasks
- Ensuring a smooth operation of the medical consultation
- Scheduling consultation, treatment, and diagnostic appointments
- Performing specific diagnostic activities in the area of deployment with patient care and assistance during examinations
- Carrying out venous and capillary blood draws, infusions, and injections
- Transcribing from dictaphone, drafting various correspondences in the cardiology department, and taking minutes as needed
- Targeted support in process development
- Careful maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision) and being the telephone contact person for patients as well as internal and external partners
Your Profile
- A completed vocational training as MPA, health professional, or diploma nursing specialist
- A high affinity for working with medical technology devices and PCs
- Fluent German with solid terminology knowledge, which reflects our professionalism in writing from dictaphone as well as in processing all correspondences
- Proactive organizational talent and a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and exceptionally patient- and service-oriented personality
- Interest and joy in the profession and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Willingness to contribute inputs, learn new things, and help shape the development of the consultations
