For the Trademarks and Legal Department, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual as Clerk / Paralegal Trademarks (60 - 80%) starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Your main tasks include administrative activities related to registering and managing trademarks domestically and internationally, correspondence with clients, correspondents, and authorities in German and English, electronic file management including recording and monitoring deadlines using our data management software, working and exchanging ideas in a small team, and collaborating with the responsible lawyers. You bring a completed commercial or equivalent education and professional experience, preferably with additional legal training and/or experience in trademark or patent administration, the ability to independently and responsibly handle correspondence in German and English and manage deadlines, basic knowledge of French, flexibility and commitment, teamwork skills, an independent and precise working style, and good IT user skills.
