What to expect
- Responsibility for operational order management and ensuring product availability in the ICT Volume area
- Optimization of ordering and delivery processes in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
- Support through automated ordering processes and state-of-the-art tools
- Handling of goods receipt issues as well as coordination of special cases and special orders
- Monitoring and maintenance of delivery data, order quantities, and email correspondence
- Active involvement in process improvements to enhance the supply chain
- Collaboration with product managers on topics such as EOL items and master data maintenance
- A varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility
- A motivated team looking forward to your support
- Development opportunities and further training in purchasing and supply chain management
What you bring
- Completed commercial training or retail training with further education
- Ideally experience in operational purchasing, disposition, or planning
- Basic knowledge in supply chain management is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills as well as a structured, efficient way of working
- German spoken and written, English skills are a plus
- Enjoyment of organization and interconnected thinking
- Strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility
- Interest in optimizing processes and coordinating with other departments
- A solution-oriented and committed personality who feels comfortable in a team
