About the job
As a performance-oriented digital marketing agency, we develop digital solutions for our clients that connect strategy, technology and user needs. For complex websites and digital platforms through online tools and applications to increasingly AI-supported solutions, our experts from technology, UX & design, content, SEO, analytics and digital marketing work closely together. We have strong specialists in all these areas. Now we are looking for an experienced personality in project management who is responsible for the successful implementation of our projects - from coordination through timings and budgets to managing dependencies, risks and reporting. The role is clearly hands-on: You work closely with our interdisciplinary teams and ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, efficient and successful manner. The focus is on project control and delivery – not primarily on account management or the overarching maintenance of customer relationships. BlueGlass | Team Farner is one of the leading digital marketing agencies in Switzerland and part of Team Farner, the European alliance of leading consulting firms for integrated communication. Together with our clients, we develop digital strategies, platforms, campaigns and services that measurably advance communication, marketing and business performance. What you will achieve with us
- You coordinate the operational implementation of complex website and platform projects across various disciplines
- You ensure that our experts from development, design, content, SEO, tracking, campaigns and external partners work according to a clear plan, are well coordinated and blockers are resolved early
- You are responsible for project plans, timings, milestones, dependencies, approvals and critical paths and keep them visible and up to date for all involved
- You keep an eye on budgets, forecasts, actual efforts and possible deviations and make the impact on costs and timing transparent at an early stage
- You create internal and external project reports and prepare documents for project or steering meetings
- You lead and coordinate sprints and work packages pragmatically, without making methodology an end in itself
- You support scope and change management: When new requirements arise, you make effort, costs, timing and risks visible before commitments are made
- You recognise delivery risks early, address them clearly and help to resolve them while they are still small
- You ensure that teams have the decisions, accesses, information and approvals they need to move forward
- You help to make our delivery across larger digital projects more professional, plannable and economically stable
You fit with us if…
- you have experience in managing complex website, digital platform or IT projects and have already been responsible for timings, budgets, reporting and operational implementation yourself
- you have coordinated interdisciplinary teams, ideally across technology, design, UX, SEO, content, analytics and/or marketing
- you understand the basics of modern web delivery, e.g. CMS platforms, frontend/backend development, APIs, testing, releases and go-lives. You do not have to develop yourself but should be able to classify technical discussions and understand their impact on timing, effort and risks
- you work autonomously, structured, calmly and reliably, even when priorities change or several topics put pressure on you simultaneously
- you address problems early and objectively and make impacts on scope, timing, budget and risks transparent
- you are pragmatic in applying project management methods and use processes where they help delivery
- you are not primarily an account manager but understand how clear communication with clients builds trust and keeps projects stable
- agency experience as well as experience with institutional clients, large organisations or regulated environments would be a plus
- you can start promptly
- you have very good English skills, as English is the working language in parts of our project work. German is important for our agency environment, French is a big plus.
What we offer you
- A young, dynamic team at our newly occupied location in the House of Impact at Sihlcity, with a modern new work setup and plenty of space for networking & exchange
- Sometimes socially relevant projects and exciting cases of large and small clients
- Working in Team Farner opens doors to inspiring topics, a large network and comprehensive know-how along the entire communication value chain as well as corresponding projects and long-term development opportunities
- The freedom to shape your working day yourself
- Flat hierarchies, open and collegial culture as well as lots of passion
- Outstanding pension benefits
- Flexible, family-friendly working options (home office is of course included)
- Internal academy as well as support for further training
