YOUR TASKS
- You accompany and care for expectant parents and newborns before, during, and after birth
- You are willing to conduct midwife-led births
- In your role, you ensure that expectant mothers have all relevant information and mediate between them, their relatives, and the attending physicians
- Through your empathetic and flexible manner, you contribute to a balanced and pleasant atmosphere in the team and in the care of expectant parents
- You gladly share your experience by supervising midwives in training
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a recognized midwifery diploma
- You have at least two years of professional experience
- You like to work independently but also value exchange and collaboration within the team
- You enjoy working closely with colleagues from the postpartum ward
- You are willing to take on tasks in the postpartum ward when capacity requires
- You work purposefully and understand how to contribute in a differentiated manner in various situations
- You are open and see changes as opportunities that you can help develop
