Certified Nursing Specialist with SVEB Certificate

• Monitoring health status and passing on relevant information
• Carrying out nursing interventions and rounds
• Documenting nursing services
• Ensuring peace, safety and well-being of residents
• Ensuring high-quality care as well as taking on daily and
• house responsibility
• Ensuring a smooth nursing process and operational workflow
• Contact person for residents and relatives
• Support with daily care (approx. 60%) as well as mentoring apprentices and interns (approx. 40%)

• Training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent, recognised qualification in Switzerland
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Resilient, flexible and independent personality
• High social competence as well as an empathetic and appreciative attitude
• Completed vocational trainer course (SVEB)
• Ideally experience in mentoring and training apprentices and students in the nursing field
