What is my role?

• Responsibility for the preparation of tender and construction programmes

• Development of detailed specifications in the private and public construction sectors

• Ensuring professional site management on location

• Monitoring quality, invoices and costs

• Responsible management during the commissioning of construction projects

• Support in the preparation of the final account

• Organisation and coordination of warranty work

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as well as specialised training in construction (for example, certified construction manager HF or technician TS)

• Solid professional experience in site management and/or in cost estimation is an advantage

• Passion for demanding construction projects and high self-motivation for active involvement

• Analytical and structured thinking, clear communication skills, strong team orientation as well as a sense of responsibility and assertiveness

• Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of Messerli or REALVIEW is desirable
