The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 270 employees shape everyday life in our houses. - Shaping professional communication and relationships with residents and their relatives

Our requirements:
- Completed secondary level II (completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence or specialized middle school certificate or Matura certificate) and passed aptitude assessment
- Willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and motivation for self-directed learning
- Efficient, analytical, systematic, evidence-based, and reflective working
- High social and self-competence as well as an appreciative approach to people
- High communication and teamwork skills
