Join a dynamic team within Digital Business Transformation as a Project Manager with the responsibility to drive the bank’s transformation agenda in close collaboration with the various stakeholders along the value chain.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Drive projects, initiatives and activities that address the Bank’s growth ambitions with a focus on operational efficiency by leveraging technology

Play an active role in digitalizing the Bank’s core wealth management business

Translate and execute strategic priorities in a hands-on manner with a “can-do-attitude”

Engage pro-actively with various stakeholders, coordinate, facilitate prioritization of transformation agenda

Support digitalization of RM and client journey end-to-end with a focus on RM and client experience

Ensure front-centric approach and perspective in all undertakings

Coordinate activities & initiatives with DBT Management, COO organization as well as Front Business Management

Play an active role in establishing a new mandate and help the organization to facilitate a cultural shift
YOUR PROFILE

University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
-
At least 5 years experience in project and change management in the financial industry, preferably in a global bank

Good knowledge of the private banking industry and its services and products

Profound understanding of front perspective and sensibility for digital experiences

Ability to develop and implement concepts

Ability to collaborate successfully with various external stakeholders on all levels of the organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and German
-
Highly motivated, solution-oriented team player, taking ownership with can-do attitude and contributing to a positive work environment

Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
