What is my role?

You lead our mechanical workshop and ensure that everything runs smoothly

• You lead your team both professionally and disciplinarily and promote the development of your employees

• You plan and coordinate the workflows in the workshop and ensure timely order processing

• You are responsible for quality assurance and compliance with all safety regulations

• You take care of the maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment

• You work closely with other departments and continuously optimise processes

• You prepare reports, monitor budgets and ensure an economical workshop operation

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a technical training, ideally as an industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing, ideally already in a leadership position

• You have leadership skills and enjoy motivating and developing a team

• You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in stressful situations and make confident decisions

• You are strong in communication and can coordinate well with various interfaces

• You have technical understanding of manufacturing processes and modern workshop technology

• You are confident in using MS Office and ideally ERP systems
