Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the employees on your ward
- Close collaboration with the nursing management and co-design of ward processes
- Deployment and duty planning in the PEP program
- Ensuring, monitoring, and continuous further development of nursing quality
- Assuming house responsibility, on-call duties, and shift responsibility
- Conducting assessments, care planning, and managing complex care situations
- Promoting, evaluating, and supporting employees in their daily work
- Guiding and supporting our trainees during their training
- Trusted contact person for residents and their relatives
Requirements Profile
- Degree as a certified nursing specialist HF
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in long-term care and geriatrics
- A respectful, empathetic approach to our residents
- Enjoyment in participating in innovations and actively shaping processes
- Good PC user skills
- A valid trainer certificate
- Solid RAI user knowledge
- High professional and social competence as well as pronounced teamwork skills
