- You help build a motivated care team with a training mandate and support vocational training as a contact person for FaGe trainees
- You actively assist in the implementation and further development of the ward concept
- You promote a team culture with communication at eye level and advocate for constructive (interprofessional) collaboration
What you bring with you
- You are a certified Health Specialist EFZ
- You have an interest in psychiatric care and preferably have already gained experience in this field
- You enjoy working in a team and show joy and motivation in your work
What you can look forward to
- You support people in acute psychological crises with a treatment focus on qualified withdrawal
- You participate in shaping the milieu-therapeutic offering
- You work independently within your area of competence and/or under the delegation of a registered nurse and support them in primary nursing
