About the job

• Professional support in case discussions for the recoding of inpatient cases for the billing team as well as coding of foreign cases
• Collaboration in the further development of formal and medical review systems including rule maintenance and medical controlling
• Support of interdisciplinary projects for continuous process optimisation
• Conducting training sessions and presentations
• Participation in various committees

• Several years of professional experience in medical coding at Swiss hospitals, ideally with a federal specialist certificate as a medical coder
• Strong IT affinity and preferably professional experience in a health or social insurance company
• You combine your high IT competence with relevant professional experience in the health or social insurance sector
• A high degree of initiative as well as a pronounced customer and team orientation characterise your working style
• You have the ability to analyse complex issues and develop conceptually convincing solutions
• You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; Italian and French are a plus
