What you can achieve
- Clarifies and develops the requirements for spare parts catalogs (ETK) of an assembly, subsystem and/or parts thereof and complete systems with knowledge holders and is responsible for their fulfillment
- Data preparation according to standard S2000M
- Creates effort estimates, calculations or offers
- Develops concepts for the implementation of spare parts catalogs
- Bears the specialist responsibility for the creation and processing of spare parts catalogs
- Administers the spare parts catalog server and is responsible for the publications there
- Coordinates the individual ETK orders taking into account the project specifications
- Requests system-related, ETK-specific IT adjustments by means of requirement descriptions
- Conducts IT application training in the ETK area
- Willingness for temporary assignments at home and abroad
What you bring with you
- Completed technical vocational training as a technical draftsman, designer or comparable
- Good knowledge in processing CAD drawings and parts lists
- Sound knowledge of SAP and the MS Office package
- Knowledge of ASD S2000M and possibly S1000D specifications is an advantage
- Experience in configuration management and project management is an advantage
- Knowledge in building system structures
- Pragmatic and careful working style
- Solution-oriented and independent personality
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
