Spitex Chur

Every 40th resident of Chur is a client of ours. We are deployed daily to 400 clients. With around 170 employees, we are the largest Spitex organisation in the canton of Graubünden, providing care and support services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar surroundings despite age- or illness-related limitations. Our employees organise their daily work independently and autonomously. You will actively contribute to shaping and further developing the operation in line with societal requirements.

Your profile

Completed SRK nursing assistant course
Sense of responsibility and high degree of independence
Empathy and good powers of observation
Tolerance and openness towards people of all ages and different cultures
Enjoyment of evening work
Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2) and understanding of Swiss German
Bicycle or car to travel between different assignments

Your tasks

Relieving and supporting colleagues between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm
Care, support and advice for our clients at home
Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and eating
Recognition, promotion and maintenance of clients’ resources
Taking on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, and staff accompaniment
