Architect with project management and leadership responsibility, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• You are responsible for the design, development and architectural management of modern residential construction projects
• You are responsible for the execution and detailed planning of conversions, new builds and replacement new builds
• Furthermore, you lead projects from the first sketch to realisation
• You also participate in the acquisition of building land and in corporate development in the planning area
• Cost and quality management rounds off your area of responsibility
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training as an architect ETH / FH
• Professional experience in residential construction makes your working day easier
• Good knowledge of Archicad, Messerli and/or BIM is desired but not a requirement
• You also bring a good flair for design, spatial quality and functionality
• Do you also describe yourself as economically minded, cooperative and independent?
