• Welcoming guests and visitors in a friendly and warm manner.
• Comprehensive knowledge about the hotel and the surroundings to provide competent information.
• Responsibility for secure luggage service, including unloading, storage, and delivery to the rooms.
• Precise documentation of luggage movements and correct labeling of luggage items.
• Parking and driving guest vehicles in the underground garage with careful driving.
• Compliance with traffic rules and adapting driving style to weather conditions and local speed limits.
• Sound local knowledge to select the fastest route for guests.
• Maintenance and upkeep of vehicles.
• Immediately reporting accidents or damages to vehicles.
• Responsibility for cleanliness in the entrance area.
• Running errands, delivering mail, and newspaper service to guest rooms.
• Representing the night valet during absence.

• Convinces with a neat appearance and excellent manners.
• Flexibility, resilience, and high commitment are strengths, as well as a pronounced service orientation.
• A valid category B driving license is required.
• Possession of a valid passenger transport license/permit (or willingness to obtain it promptly).
• Experience in the hotel industry is desirable but not mandatory.
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage.
