Your Tasks

• Independent operation, monitoring, setup and conversion of production machines and systems
  
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient production process
  
• Monitoring production processes regarding quality, quantity and cost-effectiveness
  
• Detecting and resolving minor machine faults as well as forwarding more complex technical problems to the responsible specialist departments
  
• Conducting quality controls according to internal guidelines and consistently adhering to hygiene regulations
  
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and hygiene standards in food production
  
• Comprehensive documentation of production data, quality deviations and malfunctions
  
• Cleaning and maintenance of production equipment according to applicable regulations
  
• Support with maintenance, revision and conversion work
  
• Participation in general production and packaging activities
  

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the food industry is mandatory. This includes in particular food technologist EFZ, plant operator EFZ food, cook EFZ, baker-confectioner EFZ, dairy technologist EFZ or food practitioner EBA/EFZ or a comparable qualification.
  
• Several years of professional experience as a machine or plant operator or in a comparable production environment is an advantage.
  
• Experience in food production is required.
  
• Strong technical understanding and enjoyment in working with modern production equipment.
  
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
  
• Independent, reliable and precise working style.
  
• High awareness of quality, safety and hygiene.
  
• Physical resilience and flexibility.
  
• Team-oriented, responsible and conscientious personality.
  
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
