We plan, design, implement, and ensure the operation and maintenance of fiber optic and mobile telephony networks throughout their lifecycle. Job requirements

Your tasks

You develop, support, and supervise the telecom projects assigned to you, from the planning phase to their completion

In addition to project management, you also take on team management. You support recruitment and ensure the training as well as the safety of your team

You ensure that our subcontractors work efficiently, provide high-quality services, and comply with all requirements and safety instructions

You are responsible for meeting all project requirements, including deadlines, budget, and orders, and you communicate necessary adjustments to the competent regional manager

You supervise contracts and construction plans, ensure the acquisition of necessary permits, and guarantee their correct implementation during execution

You take responsibility for safety, quality, and environmental aspects within telecom projects

Your profile

You have solid knowledge and a good technical understanding of the Swiss telecommunications infrastructure market

You have several years of professional experience and corresponding continuing education

Thanks to your management experience, you know how to lead teams performance-oriented, motivate them, and continuously develop them

You possess theoretical and practical knowledge in areas such as construction project procedures, network technology standards and specifications, as well as various project management, planning, and design tools

You have good communication skills to develop sustainable networks and strengthen relationships with partners

A positive "can-do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit complete your profile

You appreciate teamwork and demonstrate a high degree of responsibility

Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential; German and English are an asset

Work regions: Vaud, Valais, Neuchâtel (the desired region can be indicated during the application)
