The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Bündner mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites, and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault&Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² large spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

Experience in a comparable positionProfessional experience in 5*-hotels desiredFluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantageTeam player, responsible and flexibleWell-groomed appearance and professional mannersEmpathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanor

Organizational talent who keeps an overview even in hectic times

📄 YOUR TASKS

Leading a team of up to 9 employeesResponsible for organizing the concierge desk including chauffeur transfersResponsible for ticket and restaurant reservations for our guests - before, during and after their stay

Responsible for ski depots in cooperation with Gisler SportResponsible for communication between guests and employees to share regional information and events thanks to excellent local knowledgeCoordinates chauffeurs, the hotel’s own mountain railway - Tschuggen Express, hotel parking, as well as hotel and guest cars
