Your profile
- Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or equivalent qualification) with several years of professional experience
- Motivation to work with a holistic treatment concept
- Strong relationship skills in team and patient work
- High service orientation and pronounced quality awareness
- Process-oriented, entrepreneurial and result-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness to actively engage with the Christian faith in the work context
