To complement our team in Seuzach we are looking for a
Workshop Manager Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d), 100%.
Your task:
As workshop manager, you take on the professional and personnel leadership of the subordinate employees and actively contribute to their personal development. You operate very autonomously and independently in our Seuzach operation and report directly to the operations manager in Seuzach. You are also responsible for optimal resource planning in the workshop and take on the revenue as well as cost responsibility in the workshop area. In case of deviations from the set revenue targets, you initiate solution- and goal-oriented improvement measures. Another part of your broad range of tasks is service-oriented and active customer care, acquisition of workshop orders, and quality assurance.
