Exciting tasks await:

• General supervision, care and control activities in the security service of the prison
• Supervision and care of incarcerated persons working in the commercial enterprises
• You always act impartially and consistently implement legal requirements, internal instructions and safety regulations. With your professional conduct, you make a significant contribution to the safety of the public, employees and the persons admitted
• You work three weeks per month during regular working hours and one week with irregular working hours including 2 to 3 night shifts and a weekend shift

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in a manual profession
• Additional qualification as a Justice Custodial Specialist with a federal professional certificate or willingness to complete the training
• Reliable, independent working style, teamwork skills, high social competence and emotional stability
• Understanding and tolerance in dealing with people of different backgrounds, oral knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage
• Minimum age: 28 years, impeccable reputation (current criminal and debt register extract)

Your working environment

At the Lenzburg Correctional Facility , persons sentenced to imprisonment or custodial measures are cared for. The facility offers 380 places for closed custody, pre-trial detention and short sentences.
