What is my role?

• Programming and setup of state-of-the-art 4-axis CNC turning machines

• Manufacturing of precision parts and small series for top clients in motorsport (Formula 1 & Formula E)

• Process optimisation and quality assurance in production

• Inspection and monitoring of manufacturing quality

• Contributing own ideas for continuous improvement

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable qualification

• Solid knowledge in machining metal

• Practical experience with CNC machines

• Precise and conscientious working style with a strong quality awareness

• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

• Willingness to work shifts
