The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalised care for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational links, the EMS is surrounded by a sheltered housing residence, a childcare centre, and two secondary schools. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths), and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is fully secured.
We are looking for Nurses (M/F) at 80-100% for the EMS Parc de Beausobre
To strengthen our two Psychogeriatric services.
Start date immediate or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nurse diploma recognised by CRS.
- The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
- Successful experience in geriatrics or psychiatry of advanced age.
- Good communication and listening skills, as well as a good rapport with elderly people.
- A sense of multidisciplinary teamwork, initiative and good adaptability.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Systematically identify the needs and resources of the resident within a Psychogeriatric unit composed of 27 beds.
- Use your nursing leadership to coordinate the daily organisation of care, the team and the residents' living environment.
- Participate in various service development projects.
- Develop care objectives with the resident and their relatives taking into account a comprehensive therapeutic project.
- Decide on care actions with the resident, their relatives, and the interdisciplinary team according to the care objectives.
