Head of Administration and HR 80%
Your tasks
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the Administration department with 4 employees
- Ensuring customer-oriented reception services
- Responsibility for resident administration and billing; contact and information person for administrative matters
- Active participation in marketing and advertising measures to promote the institution
- Further development of the service offering, quality standards and internal processes
- Operational responsibility for the entire HR life cycle (recruitment / onboarding / support / exit)
- Ensuring all personnel administration
- Responsibility for accounts receivable and payable management in cooperation with the headquarters in Bern
- Management of the payroll system and close collaboration at the payroll processing interface
- Professional HR contact person for around 120 employees
- Contact person for line managers and in all personnel-related matters
- Participation in and leadership of internal and external projects
Your profile
- Commercial basic training as well as successfully completed further education in HR
- At least 2 years of professional experience in HR and administration
- Leadership experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite and generally IT-savvy (Business Central / Rexx / PEP)
- High social competence and sense of responsibility
- Efficient, structured and reliable working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
